I am fairly certain that I have watched this, but I have to go through my film journals as I cannot recall the title. I know it's a catchy on that I will immediately recognize. My searches haven't come up with anything, so I might be misremembering the words in the title.

I thought the second word was "Cove", but that doesn't seem to be right.

Darn! I found the title I was looking for, but it's not the right movie.

I still think I've seen the film you describe. I just need to remember the actress or some detail to head me in the right direction. It still might be in one of my film journals.
