There's a guy being chased by people with hand held trackers, he hides in a building under construction behind some plastic. Then I remember he drives in the rain to a business building goes inside locks the door. There's a fight scene at the top of stairs in a hallway filled with elevators. The guy he is fighting was trained by the same people as him. He goes in one elevator, comes out a completley different elevator, smacks the guy around a bit, goes back into another elevator, to come out a completley different elevator again. The bad guy ends up dying by being thrown into a big glass sign which shatters. PLEASE HELP ME FIND IT!!
