Pro bono lawyers that help reinstating parental rights
My oldest child was molested why last little girls by my last little girls daddy I found out April the 10th of 2007 and 2 months later they took my kids saying it was inadequet housing meanwhile I did a case plan with cps and made my requirements they recommended me to do and that's a conflict of interest plus they said I failed a drug screen in which they never sent me out papers by mail or at visitation and when I went to my the place where I was doing them I talked to the lady there to request the results but by cps paying for them she couldn't give me the results but she went in the computer system in which I have a witness and said she wasn't supposed to do this but she looked in the computer system and she went back from June of 2007 to June 2009 and said mrs... I don't see anything in here with a positive screen please help me in any way I will not give up on my kids

It would help us help you, if you proof read before posting and applied proper grammar and punctuation. As it is your post is very hard to understand.

All I can get is that your children were removed from your home 6 years ago because one of them was molested by the father of another of your children. An investigation found you were living in inadequate housing. Also something about a drug test.

Please try to repost with a clearer explanation. Let us know your general locale, how many children, what their ages are, where they are now and what happened to the molester.

    Conflict of interest?
Perhaps you mean contradiction - between what CPS said you did eventually meet and what the report said when your children were taken away? (DID CPS sign off on meeting them, or are you saying that they were different criteria?)

As for the drug results - the woman who shouldn't have been looking them up might have missed them. Who knows. You are right about needing a lawyer for that part. Start calling big law firms and law schools, but don't count on much. The chances of finding a lawyer who practices alone are practically nil.
No offense, but get some help from someone who can put your thoughts together for you in a more clear way. I realize that you are upset, so a friend, anyone.
