I am a 36 year old mother of four and For about three weeks off and on now I have had my period! I will be fine when I wake up in the morning! But at about 5:00 in the afternoon I will get a gush of bright red blood with clots in it! I will wear a pad and by the time I go to bed there is nothing! I will do nothing one day and then for 3 days straight I will go through this all over again! I have had mild cramping, lots of pressure on my vagina and horrible lower back pain! I know that I can't be pregnant because I had the Essure(I think that is how it is spelled) procedure done after my 4th child which was about 3 years ago! Just would like to know what is going on with me is serious and if I should go to the doctors!

That sounds pretty awful, and if it keeps happening you may want to go to some kind of a doctor or gynecologist about it. That can't be normal, so I would just make sure it doesn't last too long or if it lasts way too long, try to make sure you see some sort of healthcare related specialist. I would hope that it would stop being like that though. So hopefully, it won't come to that.
