My husband is currently in prison for violation probation, before he went to prison
He got 3 other charges: dv, possession of 1/2 oz. of marijuana and DWLR.. . How much time will be added on to his active sentence he is serving now??

However much time he gets on each of those charges assuming a trial and conviction on them... which will be in addition to what he already has.

I've seen more than a few people get one year in prison for the DWLR alone.

Time is not "added" but he will get a new sentence, his attoreny can ask that it be served during this same time. His attorney needs to get these cases into court. Or plea them out.

The state can try to add this time on the end of his current sentence, so his attorney needs to be working on this
