My dog is a 3 year old weiner dog he has been vomiting lately probably 4 times the last 2 days he's been eating and drinking water but after he's done he's vomits the food up, What is wrong with my dog?

Unlikely that a 3 year old dog that receives yearly vaccinations, is up to date on all his shots, would contract Parvo.

Does the dog also have diarrhea?

Your vet will be able to give you more info.

No sense guessing. The dog could have eaten something bad, have a parasite... who knows? Need a vet.

If he is vomiting right after eating, he could have an intestinal blockage, among many other things. I hope you have taken him to the vet.
