My daughter flushed a plastic bathtub from her mini doll set. Its probably 1" by 2 " The toilet is filling up high then draining slowly. Is the toy still in the toilet? Can we get it by taking the toilet off and going in through the bottom? We have tried the plunger and snake with no luck. We have a septic tank and are worried it passed into it.

The toy is still in toilet. You should be able to reach it from the bottom.
