    Lose weight earliest possible
    Hey people I am really confused I am 16yrs old and weigh 75 kgs I want to loose weightt at earliest possible. Because this is the main source of tension at my home.

    So... help me out please

    It takes time, patience, better food choices and exercise to lose weight. You need to workout 30-60 minutes 4-5 times a weeks, weight/resistance train, aerobics, cardio, walking, jogging, biking, but it has to be a fully body workout. Next diet, to really be successful, smaller quantities of quality foods, Natural low sugar, low fat, low sodium, low calorie choices, like full grain breads, rice pasta and cereals. Fruits and veggies instead of snacks, like candy, cookies, cakes. Cut out soda or presweetened drinks and drink lots of water, especailly before meals. Cut out processed foods, and eat lean meats like skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats, and fish, baked or broiled. Check out what a serving size is for the foods you eat, learn to read nutritional labels and stick to what it says for One portion. No fast foods, no fried foods another help when your trying to lose. You can do this, you just need to make yourself aware of what your eating and potion control!:rolleyes:
