About a year ago I developed a constant, dry cough. My doctor gave me an inhaler and sent me on my way.
However, ~2 months ago I noticed a strange sore on my ankle. No injury was suffered, but there it was.
It's gray, waxy(almost like a bubble over the surface) and slightly itchy. It doesn't go away. I've actually removed the sore before and found a clean patch of slightly bloody tissue. No visible infection.
WebMD obviously returned a cancer diagnosis(as usual?). However, upon further research, the cough, fatigue, weight-loss and more kind of make sense given the timeframe that the sore developed.
I will of course see a doctor soon, but I'm curious to hear what else it could be. Thanks!
