I have an 03 tracker , the car will not start . If you jump the tracker it will turn over and run . But when you shut it off it will not start back up , I have ran the tracker with out the battery and it does stay running I have tested the battery when running I'm at 14.7 I have charged the battery when I hooked it up I tested it it was at 13.2 when I went to start it it droped from 13.2 to 8.3 help

Checking voltage is fairly meaningless. You need to do a load test. Take it to Autozone or other store. I believe you have a bad battery.

You need a new battery.
