How do I clean plastic blinds and the cords holding the separate blinds?

This isn't the Clorox site, but I wouldn't use it on plastic blinds. White ones will turn yellow, and drips will bleach whatever is below.
Vacuum first. Then just use any liquid, not sudsing cleaner you have, and a damp sponge or paper towels. That way you don't have to rinse. Even Windex or bathroom/kitchen cleaners - they are all pretty much the same ingredients. Vinegar works too.
