I have a 2001 Hyundai Accent GL that has an oil leak on top of the valve cover where the spark plugs are. I tried to find a replacement valve cover, but to no avail. I think I did find a way to plug up the leak on the valve cover, but when I drive, my car shakes, the check engine light flashes, and it sometimes stalls when I bring it to a complete stop. All I want to do with my car is extend the life of it for just a couple of months until I'm able to get another one. Any suggestions on how I can fix it temporarily??

Check for codes and see what it's telling you. The repairs may not involve that much.
