My 14hp briggs runs great at low throttle but when you put it in full throttle is pulsates up and down kind of like missfireing anyone got a solution please

Sounds like you need to have the carb cleaned .

Dg I have cleaned the carb 2 times and adjusted the valves

Did you take the carb off , take apart soaked and clean.
Or did you just clean the bowl and main jet?

Check governor linkage.

I have adjusted and check the governor.it runs perfect at low ideal and miss fires and pulsates at hight throttle
