How can this be repaired?

Hello: I have 2 Ran Su Art pieces. However, it appears that drops of water were thrown on it. Is there anyway that anyone know how this could be repaired?

There are labels on the back stating they are House of Ran Su in NY.

Is that wood sculpture type art as most Ran Su that I have seen?
How bad is the damage?
