2003 dodge neon sxt 2.0L replaced the rod bearings on it. Had to turn crank by hand to get number four and piston 1 down. After doing so I noticed I wasn't able to turn crank by hand any more. Installed everything back but engine seems not to want to turn over. It did turn over before I replaced the rod bearings.

It's likely a clearance issue, if the timing marks and timing belt tension were set properly. What caused you to replace the rod bearings?
