A woman will often secrete a jelly like substance mid-cycle, when she is ovulating.
It can be very glue-y, and can be clear, yellowish, and or tinged with a little blood.
There can be discomfort/pain mid-cycle too, commonly called Middleschmertz, which you can Google to read all sorts of descriptions of, and how to deal with it.
Of course you can also be experiencing something more rare, but a doctor will generally suggest that you deal with it this way unless more symptoms develop.

So you are a woman, right? How old are you? Are you sexually active?
(Very hard to get started without basic info we can't see.)
Clots are normal, pain unfortunately is normal, and so is the jelly like substance, which you may get during your period or just before it, or mid-cycle, at ovulation. Although you usually don't get clots mid-cycle, just blood. It's impossible to know if you are having an early period or what -- but so far, it's all normal.
There are many things you can do for menstrual and mid-cycle pain, but for some women, the pain is just too intense, and they need to have tests to look for things like endometriosis and other conditions. See your GYN.
