    Odds of being pregnant
I am 30, am obese, and have many symptoms of PCOS. My partner has had drug & alcohol problems in the past. I've heard that all of those things can limit fertility.
We had unprotected sex 2 days ago. He didn't ejaculate. My cycle isn't set to start for another 3 weeks or so.
What are the odds that I am pregnant?
I'm hoping low, because I am freaking out, having to wait and see if I bleed or not.

We can't give you odds. Only your doctor can. You have symptoms of PCOS, but have not been definitively diagnosed. If you do have it, only a doctor can tell you, your chances are lower. Obesity has little to do with fertility. I've delivered babies to women who weigh 500 pounds.

If your partner does not currently have drug/alcohol problems, your chances are increased.

Withdrawal method is not a form of birth control.

You are now playing the waiting game. Wait to see if you get your period. If not, wait until it is two weeks late, then test using first morning urine.

Does the fact that he didn't ejaculate change anything?

Nope. There is plenty of sperm in the pre-ejaculate phase of intercourse to cause pregnancy.

    OK, thank you.
I guess I get to freak out for 3 weeks. Oh well.

Sorry. I wish I had better news for you. But when you play Russian Roulette, you are bound to get a bullet.

There is no form of birth control that is 100% effective. If you don't want to get pregnant either refrain from sex or use multiple forms of birth control. FYI... I got pregnant not once, but twice, using the birth control pill AND a condom. I also got pregnant after I was told I was sterile after a 6 month round of chemotherapy.
