I have a staph infection in my elbow - it has been there for about a week - how long does it typically last - it seems to be getting real hard around the elbow ?

My doctor says it is cellulitis - I have been on 2 anti- biotics for the past 4 days - it is hard to tell if it is getting better or not - the skin right around the elbow is getting readl hard almost like bone -

How long are you supposed to take the antibiotics?

Cellulitis is not going to get better after only 4 days of antibiotics.
