I am 36 weeks pregnant on Monday and I am having a ton of pressure and a bit of discharge that is more like watery. The last time I went to the doctor I was thinned out but that was it I don't want to make a trip to the hospital if its not needed and help on what is going on?

Pressure is common at this stage of pregnancy. Most likely baby is head down and your pelvis is expanding to allow passage for baby.

If you are not having contractions, this is very common and little to worry about.
