Hi, a friend of mind got popped a random drug test and failed it. He is on felony probation / parole in the state of Florida. He just got out of prison in Oct. 2012 and did a 7 year prison sentence. I'm wondering how long will his warrant take to be issued most people are saying about 2 weeks and what is the likelihood of him getting a bond? He has had several VOP's in the past that had no bond. He is a repeat offender so he is thinking he will be going back to prison. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank You
