I have a 7.5 cm ovarian cyst on my right side , in which as soon as my insurance is regained I will be having removed. Today has been painful though the pain is heavily going into my shoulder. Does anyone have any thoughts?

The only real option is to have it removed. You can try ibuprofen, or another over the counter pain reliever until then, but really, the only thing that's going to stop the pain is removing the cyst.
