My LMP started on 24th July 2013, which was 20 days delayed . I initially had very less flow for about 10 days (my periods usually lasts for 6 days with heavy flow on the 3rd day) and stopped. However after 2 days my periods started again and I am having heavy flow with clots. I am 32 years old, and take 100mcg of thyroxine everyday and also planning for a natural conception for the last 2 years.

Also, to let you know that I have moved from one city another on 24th July 2013, hence had to strain myself for packing etc during shifting and had to lift a lot of heavy weight.

Please advise or prescribe any medication that is available over the counter..

Change of schedule, stress can all delay periods, and some women even miss a period now and then. Don't really see anything wrong, so do not see need for anything "over counter"

Your periods ran late, it happens, but it appears you are having them.

Are you using medical testing, and/or basal temp to determine ovulation if you are trying to conceive. Online charts and phone apps do not work for many women

How long have you been taking thyroxine?
