Miata won't start turns over but won't start put new fuel pump in still won't start I like there's no electricity getting to the fuel pump or the fuel injectors jump fuel pump still won't start can you help thanks

My Honda wouldn't start. I wasn't getting spark. The way I found out that I wasn't getting spark was to remove one of the spark plugs, stick it in the plug wire and hold the end of the plug against the engine block while someone cranks the engine. And my first guess was to replace the ECM. Found one on Ebay

What year and engine?

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check for codes.

. Check for spark.
