I had a beta test and have an hcg level of 5. I spotted very lightly from Sunday to yesterday afternoon, a total if 4 days. Is there a chance I could actually be pregnant and have a normal pregnancy?

I had the beta test yesterday and am going for a follow up test tomorrow but won't get the results until Monday.
