Hello,my name is marie,I live in Africa.I missed my period I was supposed to have it on August the 11th.(4 days late)... On June 20th some boy put his finger up my skirt.(moved my underwear) I read on the internet that I can get pregnant if he has sperm on his finger.But on July the 11th I had my period normally.Then the following days I had very stressful exams.Last week schools closed and my sleeping pattern has then changed.I do have a history of missing periods,mom says it is because this is my third year since I had my first period... Why did I miss my period?Because of 'the boy'? Or 'stressful exams'? Or 'changed sleeping pattern'? Or because this is 'my third year since I had my first'?

Yes it can be from stress. Diet and activity levels can also cause you to have a missed period.

First some girls just miss periods for no reason. Stress and changes in schedule can cause it also. Being 3rd year after starting is not really the reason each girl has her own patterns that they will develop.

I missed my period and am not pregnant which was I think because of a change in diet or stress.Then exactly 1 week after am experiencing cramping and light spotting.Does this mean my period might come?or is there another reason?
