What this mean?

The left ovary measures 4.8x4.1x4.3 cm and contains a septated 3.6x3.0x3.5 cm cyst. Color doppler flow is confirmed within the bilateral ovaries. No abnormal pelvic fluid collection is present.


I was in a lot of pain when they did the ultrasound 2 day later I had my period the pain go away completed. That was 2 months ago. Im really irregular. And yesterday I start with the pain again. I have left ovary pain, left leg and low back pain. Is this just a cyst or a tumor? What should I do?
