I accidentally gave my grand daughter a second dose of adderal 60 mg capsule this evening at 10:40 p.m instead of her regular evening meds (fluoxetine 20 mg). She received her first dose at noon today. What adverse reactions, if any should I be looking for?

Sorry about that,13 years old & weighs 123 lbs.

I would guess watch her heartbeat and tell her to let you know if she has any inusual feelings like maybe shortness of breath, numbness, sick feeling, headaches. Im not sure of the side effects. Buti'd Keep tabs on her and probably calling the ER to ask since Its late in the evening .
