And, my company plan to fire current US citizens to bring in teir family friends.

Where I can report this without disclosing ny identity?

This is common, personal relationshps is the reason most people are hired.

You report them to immigration, to be honest, anonymously , do not expect them to pay any attention to it, they are over worked, understaffed, so unless they have good information and an informant, they normally will not waste their time.

Also expect to lose your job for reporting them, so just go ahead now and start looking for another job.

And of course, there is no job that can not be found here in the US, anyone who is coming to work in the US, could easily be done by someone already here. If that was actually enforced, no one could come to US and work.

ICE will not disclose info sources to anyone but you need to identify who you are and how did you obtain the info when you report.
