I went to H&R Block for my taxes to be done. They told me I was not eligible for a return. I knew that was not right but didn't have the money to get it done elsewhere. So when I got my taxes done this year for 2012 I had them do the previous year. They told me Id be getting 809. Or 2011. I had to mail it in on April 14 and to be sent through the mail. I got all my other returns but not this one. I tried going on the IRS wheres my return and tries calling. He first time, about a m a month ago, I checked it and got that it was not yet processed. Now I can't get any information on it. Is there any way I can get a hold of a real person at the IRS?

Thank you. This wasn't suppose to be an amment because I had told H&R NOT to file it since I knew it was wrong. I got a hold of them today and they said that is what's wrong and it will take another2-3 weeks.
