Last week I noticed under my armpit a lump it keeps getting bigger and red, hard and raw I tried heat, I tried popping it and I also tried to take ibreprofen for it and nothing is working so I don't know what else I can do or what it is.

You must see your doctor about this lump. Absolutely do not try to break the lump, you could cause a skin infection as well as this problem.
