Not being able to urinate is serious and requires a trip to an ER after about 2 days.
Not being able to defecate is not an emergency, in general.
You need to be more specific, and use real descriptions, and say how long it's been.
Have you tried a laxative, while drinking tons of water?

Honestly I would just run for the doctor, as joypulv said, this can be REALLY serious. Renal (Kidney) failure being one thing. I doubt it is that serious but it is still worth a trip to see a medical professional.
