    What proof or testimony needs to be spoken before the judge.
    What has to be said to the judge to show we have to be divorced.
    My health was failing because of stress.

    What is your location? In the USA *or at least many states* we have no contested divorces where you do not need a reason.

    In US and other areas, nothing has to be proved, just request the divorce.
