This is embarrassing but, I had 2 lumps under my skin in my vaginal area and one went away and the other grew into a hill and it hurts really bad and I have had it for 4 months and today it popped and puss and blood and something that was gooey came out and it got smaller but now it still hurts and it's still a hill and it still has the gooey like substance that I can't seem to get out no matter what... I have no clue what to do

It sounds like a cyst or a boil. You need to have this seen by a doctor. It is quite possible you need antibiotics.
