OK my cat loves to have her belly rub and I noticed when I rub it it goes hard and then back to normal. So my question is is it a sign of labor coming soon. I know she is in her last week. She has milk that could be express. How long from that should she have her kitten this is her fist litter.

First time litters can come anytime, and may stop and then she has more kittens. I hope you aren't thinking of expressing her milk ? That is just not suitable.

No I'm not thinking off doing that I think that cruel. No I'm curious of when she be in labour cause I'm going for surgery on Monday and I would love to be there for her if she need me. And I fought It was odd that her belly goes hard all around when I pet her

When you notice her getting restless, nesting or picking a spot, pacing, etc.
She is going into labor.
Keep in mind that cats can halt labor for up to 24 hours if she feels uncomfortable or bothered, try to just leave her be.
Let her pick her spot, if you move them to a "better" spot she may become agitated and neglect them.
Also keep in mind that cats can become pregnant again before a litter is weaned.
Do you plan to spay her?

She will have them quite comfortably whether you are there or not; in fact it will be better for her alone with no interruptions.

OK I notice she breathing fast but no discharge baby's are moving like crazy you can see them move.

Her before milk not sure ho to write it lol is in cause you see it on nipple and she walking realty slow and when she does walk it only for a min then back to lying down what does that mean . I shearch the web but there so many thing that I got confuse could you help

Does she have a nesting place? Just leave her alone. Cats usually deliver their kittens in their own time and don't like to be fussed over during labor and delivery.

I made her a place in my closet but she always under my table I not bothering her I'm just checking on her from a distance. The last time I saw a cat give birth was 10 years ago and it was not my cat and I don't remember the sign too much I'm only looking for answers and wish people would stop saying leave her alone. Like I said I'm not bogging her.

I'm sorry, didn't mean to overstress that. Cats can stop their labor if they feel too fussed over. And it is so cool to see kittens being born and then Mama licks them and gets them nursing.

Please keep us informed of how things are going. So far, it sounds pretty normal.
