I have a stuffy nose and a clogged ear my ear got clogged on Sunday and today my head started to hurt is there anything I can do to unclog my ear or anything I can take

Any drugstore has a vast array of decongestants and anti-histamines.
Stay warm, drink tons of non-icy liquids (not soda), and gargle with salt water.
Your ear tube to your throat secretes mucous just like your nose and sinuses do.

For stuffy nose try non medicinal saline nasal spray, which may help your ear too. No limit on how many times you use saline spray as there are no chemicals
