I'm swelling -- what's going on??

I'm have very bad swelling in my vaginla regen and I hurt I don't know if this is normal because Im also 7 months pergent with my 2nd but I did not have most of the smioms with the 1st so I don't know if it happens or what and I'm really sarting to get worried about this
