My daughter moved to Florida 5 years ago with her mother, she is 18 now and has dropped out of school, do I still have to pay nys order support?

You have to pay the court ordered child support, till either all the terms are meet, or you take her back to court to get the terms changed.

Most support ends at 18 unless they are in school, but only you, and them know the terms to your support order.

Moving out of state does not effect the order, it is a valid court order, enforceable anywhere in US. Her drop out of school or her being 18 may have had effects on it.

When was the last time you talked to the daughter ?

NYS law is for support to continue until 21.
