    Cold water stopping
I have two sinks in the bathroom of my house that the cold water just stops running if they are opened up to any usable extent. I've disconnected both cold water lines from the faucets and the problem still persists while using the shut off valves below the sinks. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Turn off water to the house, then remove the stop valves. While holding a bucket over the open pipe have someone turn on water briefly to flush out the pipes. Reinstall the stop valves.
