    Help,

    I have already submitted my UA test and I am 100% sure that it will be a ETG test. I had about a bottle and 1/2 of wine Sunday from 2pm until about 9pm and tested 7pm on Wendesday night. Approx 69 hours after my last drink. I am a mess. Will I be OK?

    I have to start my 12 week program over again. I am half way through and have done great but had a bad weekend. I am a nervous wreck.
