    Divorce laws
    I was married in Hawaii but have resided in Texas for 10 years. If I file for divorce, do I go by Hawaii divorce laws or by Texas divorce laws?

    You file for divorce in the location you are currently a resident. In your case, Texas. Assuming your wife also lives in Texas.
