    Rotted wood inside kitchen cabinets
First, I am a long time tenant in a private house with my own entrance.
Due to a lower monthly rent, my landlord doesn't fix anything.
I am a senior and can't afford expensive repairs, but under the sink
And under the stove, the cabinets inside wooden shelves are nasty...
Rotting wood and under the stove the wood is sinking.

Where do I go for the least expensive repairs (no, I can't do it myself)

Do you belong to a church where you can ask around... do you have any friends that are handy with their hands... male or female?

Churches, senior centers, even town social workers getting help from Habitat for Humanity.

No, not a Christian... but what you're saying is I really don't need a professional to do the job. There are plenty of people looking for odd jobs and I know two
Who probably could do it, but do you have any idea what a fair price may be?

I can't venture a guess because I can't actually see what needs done... sometimes its worse than it looks... sometimes it looks worse than it is. Most of it can be done by someone with reasonible skills... key is finding someone with enough skills. I would recommend getting some references from people these guys have done work for before... you do take a risk getting someone that's not licensed and insured to do work. Sometimes a really big risk.
