    Passport for after parole travel
My fiancé and I are planning our wedding for the weekend after he gets off parole. Would he be able to get a passport before he is released from parole so we can go on our Honeymoon. We would be traveling the week after he gets released.

A passport is merely a Federal ID in the US, and unless part of his parole sentence is not to have a passport, there is no reason he can not have one. With permission, he can even travel international while on parole.

The issue, will be what country you wish to enter, has he verified the VISA requirements for travel. Many nations do not allow certain past felons into their country. So please verify he will be able to enter. Merely having a passport does not allow you to enter many nations, you also have to have a visa and meet entry requirements
