That can look bad for you in court AND sometimes when the plaintiff drops charges often the state will take over. Then Its state vs _______ instead of you vs __________. You have nobody else and you are unable to take kids with you?

It's the state versus him now. But what does my tpo have anything to do with it? I'm not scared of him I know some self defense and have pepper spray now. I have to be with my mom. My son isn't allowed there because we don't know what it is that's killen her.
