My DW seems to be stuck on Normal. Heated Dry.
Cancel/Drain Works. Start/Resume works.
During wash;
Sometimes lights for Washing and Drying are on simultaneously.
Sometimes lights for Delay hours come on.

I have tested some of the key sequences from other posts, with no response.

Are the diagnostics invoking key sequences to be performed with the door closed, or open?
