I'm having spotting and I'm not sure how far along pregnant I am because my periods are irregular. My hcg went from 70 to 560 in 5 days. The bleeding is discharge and very very light. No cramping just minor discomfort, the doctor couldn't see my baby in the vaginal u/s. but saw no proof of being pregnant in my tubes. I just need some reassurance.
