I'm 20 weeks pregnant, I'm high risk because I have cronic high blood pressure. I've been having these sever head aches for over a week, nothing is working. Rest, quite, nothings helping. Should I go to the ER I don't get to see my OB for another 2 weeks.

If you are 20 weeks, and at risk for high blood pressure I would seek help immediately if you are suffering from head aches. You don't want a stroke while pregnant! You should not have waited so long!
