Grandparents rights are not universal in United States and in your case will be based on where the father and daughter live. You will have to hire an attorney and file for visitation though the courts where they live.

** I will note, that visitation does not mean you will get them all summer, the courts may view that as excessive but will try to work out a program for a number of weeks in summer and perhaps a week in winter, but other factors are taken into consideration

Here is part of the Georgia code showing basic requirements for beginning to consider your rights:
"(A) The minor child resided with the grandparent for six months or more;
(B) The grandparent provided financial support for the basic needs of the child for at least one year;
(C) There was an established pattern of regular visitation or child care by the grandparent with the child; or
(D) Any other circumstance exists indicating that emotional or physical harm would be reasonably likely to result if such visitation is not granted.”

Based on the law as Joy posted it, your chances are slim at getting her for the whole summer. You might get some visitation and more contact during the year. You will need to hire an attorney in GA to petition for visitation.
