I'm having pain in my rectum that runs down the back of my leg it's a sharp pain on right side of rectum and a throbbing pain that runs down the back of my right leg it started earlier today around 10 am and has gotten worse tried preparation H because I thought it might be hemeroids flared up by cheap chinese food but that seemed to make the pain worse any advise would be greatly appreciated

If it is running down your leg then it isn't your rectum. Chances are it is a nerve or back issue. It is hard to say. I would talk to your doctor and maybe even a chiropractor.

I agree with Craven. Sounds like sacral nerve pain. Your doctor or chiropractor can diagnose, we can't.
