I replaced the fuel pump but still does the same thing was wondering if it could be the (main fuse) or ecu please help being in 100 + degrees with no shade is not fun waiting for the car to start

If the Check Engine Light (CEL) comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM. If the CEL stays on, when the ignition switch is turned to Position II, then the Engine Control Module (ECM) is likely failing.
