Every morning, without fail I wake up with a runny nose and sneeze a silly amount.
I've tried hayfeaver tablets, I've had a jab for it but nothing has worked.
My friend told me he had this problem and had to have a small op on his nose and now he is fine.

Does anyone have any advice or know what could this be?
( I understand this isn't a site to diagnose people)
But any home remedies would be useful before I go back to my gp to try sort it out again!

Allergic to washing soap used to wash sheets.

Issue with too much air conditioner or too much wind

Using ceiling fan above bed, fan is dirty and allows dust

? Sleep with partner ? They have some hair product they use, that bothers you.

Hinestly doesn't matter where I sleep it still happens.

I've changed my washimg powder my soaps
I've dusted the whole home.
I've changed my partners scent.
I don't have pets and never neen like this around them.
Its just horrible
